Pricing & Payments
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. All payments must be received in full before your order is shipped.
Pre-Orders
We may offer items for pre-order. These purchases secure your spot in the delivery queue once inventory is available. Estimated shipping windows will be shared but are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. You will receive updates if there are significant changes to the timeline.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and to select international countries. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days, and shipping times vary based on location. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it at no additional charge.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order due to stock unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted for change of mind. Replacements will only be issued for verified damaged or faulty items reported within 7 days of delivery.
