Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days. During this time, we carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch. Once your order is ready to go, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey from dispatch to delivery. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times depend on your location. Please review the expected delivery windows below:
- Australia (Standard Post): Typically 2–8 business days. Deliveries may vary based on your location within Australia.
- Express Post (optional): Typically 1–3 business days. If you need your order urgently, select the Express Post option during checkout.
- International (Outside Australia): Delivery times vary based on the destination country and local postal systems. International shipments usually take between 7–20 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times based on Australia Post’s standard delivery windows. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or peak periods. If you need assistance tracking your order, please reach out to us.
Tracking Your Order
All orders come with tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For international shipments, tracking may be limited depending on the destination country.
Delays or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or if you experience any shipping issues, please be patient as the delivery provider works to resolve the situation. Delays may occur due to reasons outside of our control, such as extreme weather or customs processing for international orders. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
If your package is confirmed as lost, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as quickly as possible, at no additional charge.

Final Sale – No Change of Mind Returns
All sales at The Golfer’s Gauntlet are final. As our products are based on a unique concept and contain exclusive physical components, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure it’s exactly what you want.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
In your email, please provide a description of the issue and include photos of the damaged or faulty item. Once we’ve reviewed your case and confirmed the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you at no additional cost. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit. If you need assistance with an exchange due to a product issue, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds
